SCAM ALERT

We have become aware of a SCAM in operation where people are receiving calls from persons pretending to be calling from government departments looking to confirm bank or credit union account details in order for a person to receive government payments in to their accounts for anybody that is temporarily
out of work.

This is a SCAM and we would urge our members never to confirm your bank or credit union account details with anybody over the phone unless you call them. This also applies to anybody looking for your account details via email.

Please be aware of such scams in operation at the moment and please inform elderly friends and elderly members of your family thank you.
