How To Change Your Online Banking PIN

Here at Westport Credit Union we understand how hard it can be to keep remembering new passwords and PIN numbers.

That’s why we have now introduced a new Online Banking facility that will now allow you to change your original secure PIN number to one of your choice once you login to our online banking services.

To do this you will need to do the following:

1. Register for online banking services by clicking: REGISTER NOW or popping into our Westport Office to register.

2. Once you successfully submit your details online you will then receive your new ONLINE BANKING pin number with 2-3 business days via postal services.

3. Once your secure PIN NUMBER arrives please login to Online Banking by clicking: ONLINE BANKING or just login by going to our website.

4. Upon your first time logging in you may be asked to verify your mobile number for security purposes and also to link our Mobile Banking App to your mobile. This will happen by clicking verify my mobile number. You will then receive a secure TEXT message from Westport Credit Union with your verification code.

5. You can now change your online banking pin by clicking this tab which will appear on the left hand side of your first login screen.

Now you are another happy Westport Credit Union online banking member.
