Introducing Apple Pay

This latest enhancement to the Westport Credit Union Current Account provides our members with a safer way to pay, giving them the freedom to securely spend without a €50 contactless limit, touch-free with Apple Pay.

You can now use your Apple device to pay with your Westport Credit Union Debit Mastercard wherever you see the Apple Pay or contactless logo in store, online or in-app. It’s a safer, contactless way to pay & with the Westport Credit Union Current Account, the good news for our members is that contactless payments are free.

This now completes the suite of digital wallet services as members can now use our debit card with Google Pay, FitBit pay and for the first time Apple Pay .

To set-up Apple Pay, cardholders simply download the app, enter their Debit Card details by scanning the card or entering the details manually, and submit a One Time Passcode.
