A vacancy has arisen for a full time Office Administrator.
The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a range of operation and administrative duties that will contribute to the effect running of the day-to-day operations of the credit union.
Principal responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and Board to ensure the effective operation of the Credit Union.
- Co- ordinating and organising the training schedule of Staff, Directors and Volunteers.
- Manage enquires from internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing administrative support to the Board and Committees
- Complete other duties as required by Management.
The ideal candidate should have:
- PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Excellent administration skills and attention to details.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
Previous experience working in a Credit Union or another regulated entity would be an advantage
