A vacancy has arisen for a full time Office Administrator.

The successful candidates will be responsible for carrying out a range of operation and administrative duties that will contribute to the effect running of the day-to-day operations of the credit union.

Principal responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and Board to ensure the effective operation of the Credit Union.
  • Co- ordinating and organising the training schedule of Staff, Directors and Volunteers.
  • Manage enquires from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Providing administrative support to the Board and Committees
  • Complete other duties as required by Management.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to details.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role.

Previous experience working in a Credit Union or another regulated entity would be an advantage
