Update your information

If you have or moved house and need to update the information on your account, you can do so in our online banking.
Simply log in, choose ‘Address Change’ from the list on the left-hand side, and follow the steps and upload your new proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement dated in the last 6 months.
Alternatively, you can drop into any of our branches and update your address at the counter. Please ensure you bring proof of new address with you such a utility bill or bank statement dated in the last 6 months.
If you have changed email address or phone number, this must be updated in any of our branches with a member of our team.
We are open to people who live or work in the Credit Union’s postcode area.
